Happy Friday Top 10 Readers! We have added another 18 readers this week – spanning from Colorado, to Miami, to Nashville and all the way to Connecticut! Welcome friends.
This week has been busy along the Emerald Coast – Spring break is here and in full swing!
Congrats to Ken and Belinda! This week they closed on their gorgeous 5 bedroom house w/ amazing waterviews. A 3 story house w/ an open kitchen and 28 ft ceilings in the 1st floor living room. An Unbelievable sight to see when you first walk in the front door. This closing was one of a kind, but throughout the whole process they stayed faithful and together we reached the finishing line. Congrats!
Congrats to Stacie! Lemme tell you this story. Stacie wanted a 3 bedroom in a particular area on 30A. I found 4 and wrote 4 offers…but the seller’s were starting to get stingy with our offers and trying to make it hard. We got frustrated. Like….to the point we both said “I give up.” But, I stayed determined…and on our 5th try – we got it! The one that fit every single need she had. So very honored to be her Realtor and watch this one close! I am so glad we got it BEFORE it hit the market…because as soon as we went under contract, the seller’s neighbor listed for $30,000 more than we were under contract for.
Congrats to Linda! Yesterday she closed on her 2 bedroom condo at Ariel Dunes/Seascape. With her oversized balcony, the lakeviews and gulfviews…no wonder it lasted 8 hours on the market, and closed smoothly in 9 days. NINE DAYS!!!! From the moment we met I knew we were going to be successful in this unit. My gut and heart just KNEW it was going to done shortly. I even went out on a limb and told her “I promise, I will get it for you”. Congrats Linda! We are closed! Please tell you Cousin I said Hi
Congrats to D & B! On Monday we closed on the their 3 bedroom house. With 2 living rooms, an inground pool, corner-lot and everything needed to make this house a success – we scored da goldmine! We were able to put it under contract BEFORE it hit the market and 33 days later = CLOSED!

D & B’s oldest son was one of my dearest friends growing up and they told me years ago, “when its our time to need a Realtor, we know it’ll be you Kyle.” This means so much to me, Congrats!!!
